Spreadsheet columns are no longer inserting the data into the field.

    Our jotform auto sends submissions to a google doc. About 1 year ago it stopped exporting one of the fields.. Now there is a second field that does not populate 75% of the time and other times it does.

     

    Please take a look at column D and column A. 

    Any help in fixing this issue would be great.

    Where do you pull the value on Column A and D? I don't see any value on the columns. It doesn't show that it's pulling the data from "Chapter" field.

    Please note that modifying the form or spreadsheet value might break the integration. If that happens, the only option is to re-integrate your form with spreadsheet.
