How can I add my email as the sender email?

    I have added my email on one form and I got the verification code. My email was added successfully. When I was trying to add it to the next form it was asking me some information and I am not able to provide it, cause I don't know where to find it - hostname, port, username, password, security protocol. Screenshot attached. I underlined the things I don't know where to get from. My email address is at gmail. com

    Please help as I want the email to come from my email.
