Error message: form has been submitted or unexpected error

    Hi,

    1. Someone who completed my form said that upon submission there was an error message - "either the form has been submitted or unexpected error. Try again". How do I investigate what this may be due to and how to ensure it does not happen again?

    2. Another person who submitted received this error - "upload error". How do I investigate the source of the problem and prevent it from happening?

Also, if there is indeed an error, will the form bring them back to the error page instead of getting them to re-fill everything from scratch?

Sorry, I can't find any JotForm on the page you sent. Can you please share your form ID and webpage URL to inspect?

Your form has a live payment field, so I am unable to test it.

I made a few tests on my cloned form but I was not able to replicate the issue you reported. Each time the form was submitted successfully.

Were you able to replicate the issue?

If this issue is happening only on your embedded form, please re-embed it with the iframe embed code to see if that will resolve the issue.
