The first 3 options have a set price and the Number of Weeks field is hidden. If they click Weekly, they then enter the number of weeks and it should times that by 25 and put the total in the Vendor Stall Cost. Sometimes it suddenly works, but mostly not. I'll include a screen shot of my conditional logic below and the field values set-up.
* I've tried changing the equation to: if weekly, Number of Weeks * 25 into Vendor Stall Cost. But, same problem.

I have checked the form you linked in your post and I see that it now works as you would like it to work.
However, I noticed that you have changed the "Number of Weeks" field to a drop-down field. If you, by any chance, prefer to use a different field type for that field but you are having issues making it work, please let us know and let us know what type of field do you prefer to use for that field.

I spent forever trying to fix it. After countless hours I just found my
issue. I was entering my numbers using my keypad instead of the on-screen
keyboard. It was reading my numbers as text more or less.
Ugh!
