Hi. I would like to create a dropdown at a form with the following options/display:

    AGC - Aruja Golf Club

    PLGC - PL Golf Club

AESJ - Associacao Espostiva Sao Jose

but I would like to receive only AGC or PLGC or AESJ in the form when the user choose one of these options. Is it possible? How can I do that?

You could input a custom text into the field based on the selection by using conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/268-How-to-Insert-Text-or-Calculation-into-a-Field-Using-Conditional-Logic
