Multiple Choice Issues

Hi. I am having trouble figuring out how to fix my multiple choice questions. You can see the choices but not the box to check. I'm sure it's an easy editing fix but I can't seem to find it... Thank you!

The border color and check icon of the checkbox is white that's why it is not visible or you can't see it. To fix that, please go to your form advanced designer and change the color there.
