How many subusers can i have?

    Hi,  how many subusers can I have on my account?  Can you please explain how that works?  Also where do I access my account details? Thank you.

    The number of sub-user accounts for each level is as follows:

    Free: 1 Sub-account

    Bronze: 3 Sub-accounts

    Silver: 10 Sub-accounts

    Gold: 100 Sub accounts

    But, please note that effective October 2018, the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

    What I'm needing is an option for my clients to receive just the form results that are from their form and not access to the full account. And I've had a jotform account since first of last year.

    By form results, I assume that you are referring to the form submissions, right?

    If yes, then create autoresponder emails in your form, which will automatically send the form submission to your customers when they submit the form. There is also an option to send a PDF copy of the submission as an attachment to your customers. Please refer the guides below for more details:

    Ok so I can't have sub users, but I can set it up so that form submissions are sent to the client/ user/department (one who needs to see form results) as a pdf? Can I have different email accounts for each form that I need results sent to? 

    Example:  I own account,  I have form A that needs to have form input sent to client A only.  I also have form B and C that need to go only to client B.

    Does that make sense? Will that work? Thanks for the help

    I that case you can setup conditional emails for each of your department.

    In each recipient, emails provide the email Id. Also, you may customize the PDF report and attach it for each email.
