    Form uses

Is it possible to create forms that collect information into sometype of database and then my company website can pull those records onto our site when someone proforms a record search. Obvously the 2nd function will have to use some other software. But I want to collect data with these forms then have another mechanism pull the records and display them on our website based on a search on our website. Is this possible with Jotform?

Yes you can do this, as described in this article.

As mentioned above, you may force all submissions to do a corresponding 'POST' request into your server by specifying the file/location that will serve as your Thank you page(Setup & Embed > Thank You).

The second necessary step is to enable this 'HTTP POST' feature in the form (Setup & Embed > Preferences > Send Post Data > Set it to yes.)
