    Submissions not showing up on form submissions page

    I created a form with yesterday just a handful of fields including text, dropdown, and upload. When I tested it yesterday it worked fine. I got on line as soon as I got my confirmation email and checked the submissions database. There was mu submission.

    I tested again today. I got the emails but the submissions never showed up online. I tried integrating with Dropbox as a plan "B" and that sort of worked but was still missing submissions. I removed the dropbox integrtion at the request of the help desk.

    We tried several more submissions and I got emails every time. Back online there were no submissions. Help please.

     

    Below is the transcript of my help chat. I've removed links.

    I'm testing a form. I have three submissions. One yesterday and two today. I got three email one yesterday two today with the correct data and links. When I sign into my acct I only see the first submission.

    Welvin: How you test the form?

    Welvin: Is it by submitting using the form link or by clicking the "Test Button"?

    By submitting as if I was a user.

    Welvin: Would that be okay if I will test your form too?

    Yup, go for it.

    Welvin: I've check your from and you have the Dropbox Integration to it.

    Welvin: Can you please try removing the Dropbox Integration? After that, test your form again.

    Welvin: I doub't that this could be related to Dropbox API changes we have recently. This caused issue to some users and you might affected too.

    Welvin: Test the form without the dropbox integration, see if it will land on your form submissions page.

    Welvin: Test your form with and without the Dropbox integration.

    Welvin: Please update me for results. Thanks

    OK. I removed the Dropbox integration. However, I added it because of this issue hoping my data would go there. I'll retest now.

    Welvin: I see, but please try to remove the integration and test your form.

    I did remove integration, New Form submitted. I'll check my email.

    I received three jot form emails. Two from your tests, on from mine just no with no DP integration. I still only have one submission when I check my database online.

    Welvin: Okay, I can see that too.

    Welvin: How about cloning that form?

    How?

    Welvin: Would you mind if I'll do it?

    Go ahead

    Welvin: hmm

    Welvin: Even the clone form is not working.

    Welvin: Too weird! Please hold on. Let me consult our developer a quick

    Anything to do with security? Am I at my limit or something like that?

    Welvin: We always kept you data safe and private, your limit have not been increasing.

    Ok. Let's see what the developer says.

    I see a submission in the clone.

    Welvin: Unfunately, they are not responding.

    Welvin: Yes, that is a submission using the admin links.

    Welvin: Using the normal links still won't work

    Ok.

    Welvin: I just cleared your forms cache.

    Welvin: Please try creating the same form (not cloning it).

    That's going to take a while.

    Welvin: Okay, let me do it for you.

    Welvin: What is your email address please?

    Thank you. I'm new to this and i can't even remember everything I did.

    Welvin: I have to create a report about this, once this get fixed, we inform you via email. Thanks

     

    Should I stay on or should I close and wait?

    Welvin: Do not do anything to your account, I'll create another form for you.

    Ok

    I need about two minutes. I'll leave everything up and be right back.

    Welvin: Okay. Thanks

    I am having the exact same issue.  Form submissions are being emailed but no submissions are being reported in the interface.

    Same issue here, at least we are getting the emails...but definitely not the service we signed up for.

    Our form submissions are finally showing up in the interface, but users aren't receving the emails w/submission info.

    Mine is working! Got the email and all f my submissions have showed up.
