Unable to download the Public Keys

Im now stuck on the download key page. Right click wont let me do anything.However upon getting out and doing it again, it says I have a public key?!?!? Im so confused as its no where.

Have you encrypted your Form and now not able to save the keys or you have already saved the keys and not able to find it now in your Drive and now trying to re-download it?

Please try clearing your browser's cache and then try downloading again.

Please note that re-downloading the private key (jotform.key file) is impossible. It is not stored on our servers because of the purpose of encrypted forms.
