Account 'autosuspend'

    Hello,

    My user name is JamesSutherland.   I have created an account for the first time today and am already unable to log in.  I have reset my password twice only to find the message "Login failed AUTOSUSPENDED".   This is a pretty dissapointing UX for the first time trying to use the site.  Please advise how I can re-access my account.

    This form https://www.jotform.com/91033335787359 was found on your account as suspicious of phishing activity because you're collecting user credentials.

    Gathering this type of data violates our Terms of Use.

    Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using "password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly use something similar like an "access code".

    Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.

    I have removed the offending field on this form and lifted the suspension on your account. Please refrain from making new forms that is against our terms to avoid this kind of inconvenience.
