Hello I have changed my email address. The one registered with jotform is management@hyesungs.com with user name hyesungs. However my new email address is paulkingy3@gmail.com and I have deleted my old email account.

The account Hyesungs is active. I can verify that the domain is no longer active. However, I cannot verify your ownership using your current details including your IP address and email address.
My suggestion would be to create a new account using your current email address and clone the forms from the old account. The forms are:

1. First, you would have to sign up using your email address.
2. Next, clone the Form URL which was shared by my colleague.
