    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. It's PayPal, you have not canceled subscription or payment processor that's why you are charged ($19) for this month. In order to cancel the subscription completely and so that it will not renew again, please follow the guide below.

    I also canceled your subscription and issued a refund for the last payment, it should be reflected on your account within 5-10 business days.
