Submission payments limit email

    I received in an email from you regarding we might be hitting our max 100 payments this month.


    I see that dozens of the below came through on my form. Can you tell me what this is?

    Secondly, I realized the other day that when someone goes to pay on my site through jotform, it doesn't accept the payment- and says the link is broken. Can you tell me why this is?

    The account usage records shows that you have already exceeded the limits for Submission Payments on your forms for this month.

    You can also check this on your my account usage page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

    Submission payments were those submissions from your form/s that uses payment integration (i.e. PayPal).

    How to View Form Submissions

    You need to address the issue before your account temporarily disabled.

    You can either upgrade to higher plan to expand the limits, or wait for the next counter resets to occur which will be on 1st day of the next month.
