If i have purchased jotforms monthly package, can i prevent my customers or clients notifications form seeing the jotform logo?

You don't need to be on paid status to remove the Jotform Logo
1. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab.
2. Click "Email Alerts"
1. Click on email alerts
2. Choose either "Notification" or "Auto-Responder" from the list.
Next image shows you the email template body
You can even edit your email content with the provided toolbars.
