Salesforce sync not working consistently

    Hello Jotform, 


    This is the third time in almost as many days that I have written in about my Jotform sync with Salesforce. 


    I have created two forms that both sync to Salesforce and they were working well about 24 hours ago. All submissions were getting pushed to Salesforce and new contacts were getting created successfully.


    I open Salesforce up to attempt building on top of that only to find that my web forms are no longer pushing to Salesforce any longer. 


    I need to know why this keeps happening. The pattern of Jotform has been that you all intercede, clear cache, and then tell me to reintegrate. I do that and it works for a while but then stops being dependable.

    I have checked the forms in your account and see that the Salesforce is integrated correctly. However, I notice that there are several fields on the form that you may have configured with custom fields on the form. Could you check if the fields on the form are the same type configured in the Salesforce? Also, please try checking the integration by using basic fields and see if that works.

    They are configured correctly. The integration was working and then simply stopped working. The field mappings wouldn’t explain why it worked and now doesn’t would it?

    Unfortunately, the field mappings may not explain the issue. The only way is to isolate the issue by using trial and error method of mapping fields. We may be able to test it further if you can provide us with the screenshot of the fields configured in Salesforce to map with the fields on your form.

    Thank you for providing with the screenshots. However, I was referring to the custom fields configuration within the Salesforce so that we can try configuring on our test account and check it further.

    To be clear, 


    You are wanting a screen shot of each custom field that I'm using in salesforce's configuration within Salesforce?

    Just the ones that you are mapping in the integration, not all custom fields.

    What's the turn around on getting support for this? I have a project I'm trying to finish for a client and this is a pretty essential piece. Wanting to give them a timeline on the delay.

    The bug report has been opened by my colleague David. Usually, all bug reports are assigned to a developer team within 24 hours. Please check back for updates in this thread and hopefully we can get this fixed as soon as possible!

    Unfortunately, there isn't any updates yet, nor an estimated time-frame for a resolution.
