Why are hidden fields shown on my PC and not on my mobile?

why when i open edit submission on mobile device, hidden field didn't show?

but when i open edit submission on pc, all hidden field showed.

I presume that you are clicking on the Edit submission link from your email, right?

Were you logged in to your JotForm account when you opened the edit submission link on your PC? If yes and if you are the form owner, the hidden fields will be shown.

The reason why you didn't see the same thing in your mobile was that your JotForm account is not opened in that device and you accessed the link as a user. 

Try opening the form from your email again, but make sure that you are not logged in your JotForm account in the same browser. Please check this and get back to us if you still face any issues.
