Is there an option to capture the full URL where the form is embedded to a page?

We love jotforms!  But we have major projects that we need to turn full attention to developing.  We cancelled our Jotform account believing that we cannot use Jotforms for our new projects.

That may have been a huge mistake, so we need to verify if Jotforms can handle our new applications. 

We need to be able to use Jotforms to handle either of the following types of functionality:

If our form is embedded on a page that has a url like https://abc.com/?id=abcxyz5.  we need the form to capture the full url as well as the normal form data like first_name, last_name and email. 

Or we need the form to be able to pull the special ID number and capture it along with the normal form data if the entire url cannot be captured. 

Can this be done via jotform?  If this is possible we will renew our subscription immediately as this function has to be attached to our various forms as we create our new applications.

Yes, we have a widget that would allow you to track the full URL where the form is filled and submitted.

Please add https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url (Get Form Page URL) widget.

Is the tag "id" is the actual selector to be used on the website? We also support URL prepopulation which should allow you to fill hidden fields in the form via URL parameters. This might work for your purpose of just capturing the ID as well.
