Cannot see sub-headings in the email submission

    Let's say I have the following sub-heading: "1) Contact Information". Then, the first field within this section might be "Name". The current email submission only shows the field "Name" and not the sub-heading before it. How can this be resolved?

    Resolved. Go to settings > email > {the sender you want to edit}.
