E-Signature: Signature appears as broken in submissions

    This is the email confirmation I receive.  When I click on the "Declaration & Signature", I receive this Jot Form error message Code 404

    I have checked your form and I can see that there appears a broken image in place of signature. However, when I click on the broken image, the signature is downloaded and hen I am able to see the signature.

    I am escalating this issue to L2 team for a fix. They will investigate the same and get back to you with an update.

    Does this issue still persist?

    Can you please check the submission email if the signature images are still not being displayed properly?
