Form is not formatting to mobile devices.

    The form used to show as depicted when previewing through the "Preview Form" link. However it no longer does. Instead it seems to be scaling the whole form to fit to the screen, which is not what I want. Please help.

    I've tried adding the Mobile response widget and even recreating the form entirely, neither worked.

    All our forms are mobile responsive by default. 

    I tested your form and it is responsive.

    Please test your form on an actual mobile device instead of using the "Form Preview" mode. 

    If the form is not responsive, tell us which device and browser are you using. If the form is embedded, provide us a webpage URL.
