login SUSPENDED

    Hi Jotform Team,

    I can't enter my jot form account, when trying to login it says "Login failed - SUSPENDED".

    Could you please help me out here?

    These forms were found on your account and flagged as loan applications scam, ID/passport and driver's license numbers.

    We understand this might not be the case with your form, yet we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms: Free accounts with non-corporate emails showing suspicious forms must be suspended immediately.

    In order to reactivate your account, we will have to delete the offending forms.

    Or, kindly provide us the following information:

    1. The URL where your forms are used.

    2. Your website or proof of affiliation to a legitimate institution.

    We also need you to change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.


    Send these proofs to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread #1793414 as your subject. We will let you know about the status of your account after a thorough review of your proofs.

    Online Form Builders, including JotForm, are sometimes being used for identity theft and we go to great lengths to prevent this. That is why collecting these types of data is considered as phishing activity, as stated in our Terms of Use.


    If your purpose is not to collect these data from the general public, but from your own customers, then you need to comply with two things:


    1. Add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.

    2. Add a Signature Widget so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.
