NEED ATTENTION - Form Transfer initiated 10 days ago

    We have waited over 10 days for a form transfer request to another account. Here's the thread:

    Please compensate us for 3 months hosting, so far - we are losing far more than this from the client waiting on your team.

    Please get our form transferred and an exact ETA on when? Also provide us a contact for getting some free months of hosting due to the negligence of the support staff. We are losing money every day waiting on them.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience and delay.

    Please be advised that the issue is escalated to our backend team for additional checking of such possibility.

    Also, please understand that your account is HIPAA, meaning that the forms under this account are encrypted (together with data collected) and are on separate HIPAA protected servers.

    Therefore, moving such forms with such data would break HIPAA compliance and that's why this issue was brought to our backend team for possible implementation of such an option.

    I will forward this request to our respected department.

    We really apologize about this issue, I've sent an urgent call of attention to our backend team in order to increase the priority of this ticket against others waiting in queue.

    We no longer need help.

    We disabled hipaa, cloned it from the new account, and re enabled hipaa. Thank you.
