    The instructions at http://www.jotform.com/help/87-Making-the-Form-Background-Transparent are no longer accurate. The HEX color chooser automatically replaces "transparent" with "#000000"

    Any way to get around this?

    I am able to confirm that it is currently what is happening.

    For now, you can do inject css onto the form settings.

    Go to Setup & Embed > Preferences > Form Styles > Inject Custom CSS

    Place the below code in there:

    .form-all{
    background-color:transparent !important;
