form clearing problem

Hi, I am having trouble with my forms clearing the fields before I am finished filling out the form. It seems as though this happens when I take a break from filling out the form. When I come back to it, my fields are empty. Have you experienced this before?

I apologize for the inconvenience you are having.

First thing you can try is to clear the form cache under your account settings.

Click on your avatar in the top right corner of the webpage, then settings.

Scroll down till you see Form Caches. Click on Clear Cache.

Then ok when the pop-up window all Caches are cleared.

Try this first and see if this fixes the issue you are having.
