Form does not submit, it gets stuck on "Please wait..."

Hello,

We now have 2 people that are unable to complete our registration form on here (2nd Annual Battle of the Bunnocks)  When they hit the register button, they receive a please wait message and nothing gets registered.

Any help would be appreciated.
