    Hi @ITW2224!

Could you please give more information on whom you are trying to prevent from editing form submissions? If you are referring to the You can edit this submission and view all your submissions easily link that is sent at the bottom of the Notification 1 email, you can simply delete it fully or partially from the body of the email. You can do that by clicking on the row and editing it, or by clicking the Delete row button.

Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Thank you. Here's my issue. I've tried to do a print out the form through the PDF feature, however, it seems our information jumps around. It's not all in the same space as it is on the form and some of the information does not show. And yes, I do have the hide blank information updated in settings to show. :)

For example, the multiple choice boxes and information with it do not print. And some (not all) our information under the medical history heading is moved up under a different heading. In the screenshot below, the 1st and 2nd images are how the form is designed. The 3rd image is how the form pulls from PDF. As you can see the PDF form is very inaccurate as it has moved a portion of the medical history section into the present health section. And besides that, all the checkboxes with the choices are missing. Through the edit submission button, I'm able to pull up the completed form from the patient exactly how the form is designed and print it for which it shows everything. My concern is I'm nervous that one of our staff may actually "edit the submission".

So after all this, my question is: 1. is there a way to still pull it up through the edit submission without actually being able to edit the form (like place a block on the edit feature) or 2. is there a way to make the form show correctly through the PDF feature?

Thanks for all your help and information you can provide.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. Here are the steps I would suggest you to follow and see if that solves your problem:

#1. Enable "Use New PDF" in form setting.

#2. Load form's PDF Editor and create new PDF document by selecting desired PDF document layout. Please check the screenshot below:
