The Form fields are not appearing in the Excel Report

    Hi,

    I'm wondering if you might help me figure out why two of my form questions are not showing up in the Excel export? Specifically, it is the two questions regarding attendance at the Friday Reception (fridayReception - #input_115 and fridayReception109 - #input_109) See attached.

    The fields are hidden from the submission page. Please check these fields from the settings in the submission page.
