How do I create an online form and send PDF submission to email?

    I am testing out this app for a Weebly website I am creating. I want to make sure that Jotform can give me this: a responsive online job application form which people can choose to fill out using their phone which is sent to an email address I specify. Once received at that email address, the recipient can print out a PDF version of the submission that won't take up so many pages. In other words, the resulting PDF should arrange the information collected into a compact form that minimizes the number of pages that need to be printed. 

    If JotForm can do this, then I have three additional questions:

    - What is the best way to create the form? Do I have to create the online form then create the way I would like the resulting PDF to look like? Or can I just create the PDF and JotForm just makes it responsive?

    - How is the information collected sent to that email? Is it secure?

    - To which plan should I subscribe to get what I want?

    You may create an online form normally from the form builder. The forms created with JotForm are mobile responsive by default. You may also choose one of the templates that meets your requirements and modify as per your requirement.

    The PDF submission report is a different one and it is auto generated from the PDF editor. You may also customize the PDF report by following the guide below:

    How is the information collected sent to that email? Is it secure?

    The information collected through the form shall be stored in your JotForm account. If you have an email notification setup on your form, it shall be sent to your email inbox. Please refer to our security web page for more information on JotForm security.

    To which plan should I subscribe to get what I want?

    You may use all the features of JotForm except HIPAA compliance using Free plan as well. However, the free plan may be restricted to the number of monthly submissions/views/payments, storage space or emails, etc. Please check the following guide that can help you with more information account usage and limits.
