Dropbox integration: Too many redirects error message displayed in the DropBox authentication window

    I'm receiving an error that I've never seen in using dropbox integration for about two years.  I'm logged into Dropbox, and I get an error of too many redirects. I've tried clearing cookies for both jotform and dropbox as recommended in the error and have logged into the site on different browsers. I was able to successfully integrate Google Sheets, but not dropbox because of this error. Please advise.1555384143Screen Shot 2019-04-15 at 11.0

    I am able to replicate the issue with a test form using Chrome v73 browser on my PC. As I tried testing the integration using Firefox or Chrome v72 on an emulator, it worked fine. Let me forward the issue to our backend team for further investigation. If there is any news in this regard, you'll be posted here.

    Meanwhile, you may integrate your JotForm to DropBox using Mozilla Firefox browser.

    This issue is now resolved by our developers. Please test the integration again and let us know if there is any issue.
