Yesterday, you blacklisted our company IP for the second time in less than a week. This shut down our entire registration processing department, and no one at Jotform had responded to the service request I completed.

Last week it was because one of our forms was misclassified as phishing for government IDs when we were actually collecting professional information from our members. After the issue was resolved on Thursday, our company IP was whitelisted. I do not understand why this has happened again.

This is also the second time we received no prior notification prior to being blacklisted. This is an unprofessional practice and makes your service unreliable.

Can you please contact us immediately so we don't lose another day of work.

As I checked, this IP address - 64.95.43.10 was also associated with lots of FREE and GUEST accounts where one of those FREE accounts was suspended due to suspicious activities. This makes the IP address automatically banned by our system.

We're sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I have whitelisted the IP address again. You should be able to login to your account now.

In any case that this might happen again, kindly contact us on this thread or send us an email to reviewers@jotform.com so we could assist you as soon as possible.

I'll also inform the team to note your IP address to make sure that it won't get banned manually by our staff. Try logging in now and let us know if you need further assistance.

Thank you for whitelisting our IP. There is much confusion around this matter which I’m sure can be cleared up by a brief conversation.
I don’t know if the FREE and GUEST accounts you are referring to are the users listed under our EdFund account, or if they are accounts managed by other departments or individuals in our building. Please let me know so I can bring this matter to the attention of our IT department.
