    I am not able to view the images that our candidates are sending me.

    I understand that you are not able to view the images uploaded to your JotForm. Based on the ID provided by you, I see that the form 90717295329364 is associated with a different account dabandajotform while you are now logged into dabanda

    Please login to the dabandajotform account and see if you are able to view the images normally. Also, please check if the option 'Require login to view uploaded files' is enabled in the Privacy section of your account settings.

    Please login to your JotForm paid account dabandajotform and check the privacy section in the account settings to see if the option 'Require login to view uploaded files' is enabled.

    If it is enabled, please try disabling it so that you should be able to view the images without any issue. If this option is enabled, the images uploaded can only be accessed only when you are logged into the account dabandajotform.
