Hello,
We build a form wich use ticket purchase but have a problem with the number of place free. We have some soumissions but the number of free places stay the same.
It's not the first time we have this problem. It's important for us to use forms which are reliable.

I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. Do you mean to say that the Ticket Purchases widget is not updating the count with the available number? I have checked your JotForm and see that the count is displayed as in the widget. Did you already update the widget?
Please provide us with more information on the issue that you are experiencing so that we can guide you in the right direction.

On all the forms that we use, it is no longer possible to validate the inscription by the button "submit ".
We also have a concern about the number of places available because the registrations already made are not taken into account.
the forms are hosted on the webmasterbmo account.

Could you provide us with the form IDs/URLs that you are experiencing the issue so that we can check it further? Also, let us know if we can send a test submission to the form that would help in assisting you.

Do you mean to say that when you select "Nombre de places à réserver" and submit form, the available quantity does not change?
I did test your form #90773773729371 and I am not able to replicate the issue you are having. When I sent test submission, the available quantity was reduced accordingly. Please check the screenshot below:

Actually, I was able to solve the problem encountered by going into the settings of the widget. When I changed the cost label part, the calculation of the available seats was restarted and I was able to complete the form and validate it.
