Please cancel subscription and process refund.

    I am not using the silver service. I have downgraded every month and keep getting charged.  Please REFUND the last 2 months you took from my account after being told i cancelled my services multiple times. 


    I am cancelling AGAIN. But would like the money from the last two months i didnt consent to being taken amd have been fighting this issue for 6 months. What more do i have to do? I keep cancelling and you keep opting me in again! Please redund the 2 months of services i clearly didnt use and have many times in writing told you i had downgraded services and cancelled as advised.  And my money was taken anyway.

    I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check your account and found that you have paid through your PayPal account. You need to cancel your subscription form your PayPal account.     Your PayPal subscription ID which you need to cancel: I-RHE8YVSPR03N

    Do get back to us after you cancel your subscription from your PayPal account, we will send a request to our billing team to process the refund for your last 2 month's subscription payment.
