We do not have an option to block emails, but here are a few workarounds you can have:

    1. Enable unique limit based on a field so the same email address cannot be submitted again. However, if you are allowing multiple submissions from the same people, this will not work for you.

    2. Add a conditional logic that if the email address field contains the specific email, you will hide the submit button.

Configure IF Contains then separate the list of emails by a comma, example:

    3. Replace your email address field with our email validator widget (https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/e-mail_validator). This way, people will have to validate their email address before they can submit the form. However, this won't work for people who are internationally spamming your form with valid email addresses.

    4. Add a captcha field in the form. People who tend to spam are using VPNs, and the recaptcha might stop them from continuously spamming the form.

We can also ban an IP address to our end. However, as I have mentioned, the spammer might have used a VPN to avoid detection by using multiple IP addresses.
