Few questions related to Consent forms

    Hello.

Our organization needs to have folks sign photo consent forms if we want to use photos of them on our social media. For example, if we’re at a conference and we take a picture of a group of 10 people, we’ll need to get all of their signatures if we want to post that to our social media or website. Right now, we collect signatures on printed sheets, but we’re looking for a way to start collecting signatures digitally. However, our biggest problem is that we don’t have the email addresses for the people from which we need to collect signatures, and by the time we would collect everyone’s email, they could’ve easily just signed the printed paper.

Is there a Jotform feature that lets people sign documents without having to provide their email addresses? Ideally, we’d want one of our staff to have the blank form available on their mobile device like a cellphone, laptop, or tablet, which they could have groups of people quickly sign.

Also, once a form is completed, does a blank form automatically generate on the screen for the next person to sign?

Once the forms are completed, where do they go? For instance, would all completed forms automatically be emailed to someone within our organization, or are all of the completed forms stored on Jotform?

If completed forms are stored on Jotform, is it possible for us to create separate storage folders so that certain completed forms can automatically be stored in specific folders?

Finally, do you have an electronic signature feature that is legally binding?

     Thank you!

Let me get this clear. You want to create a form with only one field i.e. for capturing signatures, right? If yes, you can add an E-signature widget in your form followed by a Submit button, so that the form gets submitted and the signatures get recorded and stored.

Also, once a form is completed, does a blank form automatically generate on the screen for the next person to sign?

Yes, this can be achieved. You can redirect your user to the same form URL using the "redirect to external link" option in the Thank you page settings.

When forms are submitted the submission data gets stored in your JotForm account in JotForm database. They can also be emailed to yourself or anyone as required by you in your organization. You have to configure the email notification settings for this purpose.

You can create folders in your JotForm account and manually move the completed forms, not automatically.

Finally, do you have an electronic signature feature that is legally binding?

You can add our E-signature widget in your form for this purpose.
