When I get the email notification the link gives a 404 error & the pdf will not download.

    So I have the following issues:

    Form displays correctly and seems to work right upon filling it. When I get the email notification the link gives a 404 error & the pdf will not download.

    When I open it in the inbox on jotform there is no information that was typed in the form. How do I fix that?

    Also, can you add a field from the form to the subject line of the email? I.e. there is a customer name field, can that be added to subject line so when i get the mail it says Estimate for {Customer Name}?

    The file in email should be accessible if you are logged in to JotForm account. You may lift related privacy settings, which require log in to review files, here is the link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
