Hotmail email address not receiving from Jotform

    Hello again,


    This is a followup to my previous support request.  Emails can go to my tech person, but not my email address, montana.bob@hotmail.com.  I am not even able to forward from inside Jotform when viewing the comments.

    We appreciate your help.

    You have 4 submissions in the form, and all are sent to your email address based on our email logs. Please check your spam folder. The emails may have been filtered as spam. 

    You can also check the logs to your end, follow our guide here https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-view-all-your-form-Email-History

    You may also consider whitelisting noreply@jotform.com to your Hotmail settings since you have this as the sender email of the form. That way, emails will surely land on your inbox folder.

    To add Safe Sender, go to https://outlook.live.com/mail/options/mail/junkEmail:
