Hi,
When I download submissions as a PDF, it's ignoring my custom PDF template and using a generic one. Is there a way to change that so the form I download is the custom template I created and saved?
Thank you,
Stanford
P.S. Please write out the file types and max sizes for your screenshot submission. It took me several goes to get it right, and I'm a graphic designer and web developer!

I checked the PDF download for your form and the PDF output matched what was shown in the editor:
Is the PDF being downloaded from the submission page or elsewhere? From the submission page I get a matching pdf.

Thanks for the swift response, and I apologize for the lack of clarity on my part. It's when I go here:
Thanks!!

Thank you for the clarification.
Unfortunately the Download As PDF will not use your custom PDF template because it will download ALL submission data in PDF (not individual submission PDF report).
The Download As PDF uses a generic default template only.

Ah, okay. Thanks for the clarification. Is there a workaround if I wanted to download every submission in the custom template?

To download submissions as PDF using your own PDF template, please follow the guide below.
Guide:
1.) Edit or click the form in your My Forms Page.
2.) Click the Reports tab and the list of reports will show there.
3.) Find the name of your custom PDF template and then click on it.
4.) You can then download your submissions using the custom PDF template you created.Another way to access the PDF editor is by editing your form link to like this:
https://www.jotform.com/form/90789065092163 - URL of your form
https://www.jotform.com/pdf-editor/90789065092163 - URL of your PDF-editor
Hope this helps!
