Need a shopify form

I'd like to create a form on my Shopify website. with multiple fields and different information, which when submitted by the visitor signed the customer up to become a Shopify "Customer" in Shopify admin, which includes all the information from the submitted information on the form, can JotForm do this?

You can pass the information from your form to Shopify through 3rd party integration via Zapier: https://zapier.com/apps/jotform/integrations/shopify
