Hold payment after submission of form

Hello,

Is it possible for a user to complete and submit a form (including payment information...via PayPal, for example), but have the payment held until submitted data can be checked/confirmed.  If the submitted data is correct, we green light the payment.  If the submitted data isn't correct, we kill the transaction and send an email informing the customer.

I believe you want to enable Payment authorization: https://www.jotform.com/help/292-How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

So you can charge your customers later.
