Hi, I recently found out we need to upgrade to API v2 in our Zoho CRM. We have jotform connected to Zoho CRM and I was advised to reach out to jotform support to migrate the code to API v2. I have no idea what this means but I'm hoping someone there might be able to tell me.

To clarify, Zoho contacted you to migrate to their new API v2?
May we know if you receive an error when you Integrate your Form with Zoho?
Let me forward this thread to our second level for further information.
They will contact you as soon as information is available.

No, we received an automated email that they are phasing out V1 and we need to upgrade to V2. I wasn't sure if the integration update would be automatic on Jotforms end or if something would need to be updated.

A ticket has been already sent to our developers. The migration to the newer version of the APIs will be handled by them, so your integration should work without any interruptions.

Hey there,
We're happy to inform you that the Zoho CRM integration is now updated to work with the API v2. This is live in our servers and available for you to use. If you have a form that is integrated with the old version, it still will be present for you and should work as you set it, but when you remove this integration you won't be able to use the old version again.
Here's how it works:
1. Go to the settings panel and select integrations on the left side and search Zoho integration and authenticate with your account.2. After that, you can select from the dropdown menu to select the module you want to add a record.3. Select the layout you want to use.4. Map the fields on your form5. You can add notes and attach files to your records.6. Set the trigger to yes so that it triggers your workflow in Zoho CRM.7. If you want to update or keep an existing record just set the preferences for records that are already in Zoho CRM, select the fields you want to check your new submission against. After that just click "Save" to complete the integration! You can also create multiple actions for various modules inside Zoho CRM using the same integration. We have also updated the guide for Zoho integration which you can check for more details here.
I hope this helps and if you have any further questions feel free to let us know!
