How to add Form shortcut for multiple Signups?

How do I get the Thank You page to have a button to submit another form?  It just sits there.  I'm using this to have people sign-in, so after 1 user gets done, it has to be possible for the next user to fill out a blank form.  I will put this in Kiosk mode but don't want to have to wait for time-out if not necessary.

1. I would suggest you please take a look at our "Add to Home Screen" widget and see if that fits into your requirement. This widget will allow you to add link of your logo image as well. 

This Widget is designed for the iPhone, iPad and iPod which will prompt your form users to add a shortcut of your form on their home screens.
