Your query is not clear. What have you deleted accidentally? Is it a form or a submission?
If you have deleted forms, then you can find them in the Trash folder unless they are purged.

If you have deleted a submission, I'm afraid it cannot be restored. But you can revert to a previous version of your form using our Revision history tool, which could restore the lost submission.
