Adding a hyperlink within the description of a Long Text Entry

    Can I add a hyperlink to the directions within a "Long Text Entry"? Thank you for your help!

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you want to add hyperlink in the text value of the long text entry field?

    Yes it is possible to add hyperlink in long text entry field. Please check the screenshot below:

    If you want to add hyperlink in the question label, unfortunately it is not possible.
