How to Center My Fields on Page

    I've seen many posts on this but cannot get mine to work correctly.

    The CSS for centering is not working because the theme is used in the form and it's overriding the CSS.

    So I would advise you to do the following:

    1) Copy the existing CSS:

    2) Remove the theme:

    3) Paste the CSS code back.

    4) Adjust the colors in the form:
