NOT SEEING EMAIL

    For some reason, the email that i am sending my form to is not getting the notification up sending. I have used Jot form before so im not really sure whats the issue. If you can please check this out for me that would be great.

    Hi @pgchealth1,

    I apologize for the inconvenience you are having.

    Just to clarify, are you talking about the Email Notifications and the Autoresponder emails? That you are not getting the Email Notifications?

    I went ahead and cloned your form. I see you have set up a notification email to go to one recipient after the form is submitted.

    Did you want to set up an Autoresponder email as well?
