I have a new credit application. The Docusign is working fine, but the downloads are not coming through. A client sent in an application with three PDF bank statements. The statements were listed, but there was no download to open. The only download was the Docusign. Please advise.

I checked this form https://www.jotform.com/90958311757163, but I was not able to replicate the issue. I can download the uploaded PDF in the submissions page. Could you please try logging in to your account and then try to download the PDF again?
Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
