Parts of my form are not showng in the submitted version even though they show when you complete the form.

I checked your form and some of the field has a condition. 

ex. 

Type of builder name will only show if Builder name is equals to "Other". That results in the field to be hidden in your submission page.

If you are referring to other fields, would you mind sharing that to us so we can check?
