    Hi there,

I have created a form using jotform. I get the source code however it doesn't look good. What should I do to make it look like the one in the preview?

Please refer to the url of the website. The form does not look good

    https://www.4cornerjourneys.com/page/26425-Travel%20Planning%20Form

Here is the link to the jotform

I also want to remove the Kristin name on the jotform and replace it with Sharon Manzy. How do i do that?

    Thank you,

    Isabel

I checked your webpage, the embedded form and stand-alone form looked the same. Is the issue resolved?

Please note that every time you change (add or remove fields) from your form in the form builder, you must update the form codes on your site by re-embedding the form. This is because the source codes that are currently embedded to your page are not automatically updated.

You can also use the iFrame embed method to embed your form on your webpage.

Please let us know if the issue persists on your webpage.
